This notice covers launchbureau.agency and supplements Harvest’s Privacy Policy. Launch Bureau is an assisted launch service being piloted by Harvest.
When you apply
We store your email, the role you choose, the time, your request to be contacted about a scoped launch, and the campaign identifiers in your URL, together with the offer you applied for (recorded as assisted_999_launch). If you answer the optional questions we also store the company or website you enter, your launch frequency, next project timing, account readiness, whether the price works for your project, and whether you saw Harvest’s self-serve offer first. We use these to review applications, send proposals and keep the two offers’ results apart. Applying creates no charge, subscription or booking.
Site and campaign measurement
We record visits with a random session identifier and campaign parameters. Session storage reuses that identifier for up to 30 minutes from creation in the current tab, unless new campaign parameters arrive. Visits are connected to applications to understand which messages attract relevant agencies. We do not collect your browsing history from other sites. Visits and applications made for testing are flagged and excluded from reports.
Meta ad measurement is on by default for visitors who have not turned it off: Meta receives page visits and completed applications and may process cookies and device information under Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not send your email, role or company to the Pixel. A notice appears on your first visit; turn measurement off there or at any time using “Ad measurement” in the footer. Global Privacy Control turns it off automatically. Turning it off stops future events but does not retract past ones.
The demonstration
Warmstride is Harvest’s own brand and its figures are Harvest’s own records. Nothing on this site describes a client. Photographs of the studio are AI-generated still lifes; no client work is shown.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores applications in D1; it also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Harvest team members use applications for the purposes above. We do not sell the list. Application details are not sent to image or video generation providers.
Retention and your choices
We plan to review applications within 12 months and remove entries no longer needed for the pilot or an ongoing relationship. To access, correct, delete or stop emails about your application, contact support@harvestapp.ai with “Launch Bureau” in the subject. We may need to verify ownership of the address.
Abuse prevention
A hidden form field and temporary request limits help prevent spam. The application stores rotating keyed hashes of request IPs for rate limiting and removes old records on later requests. Raw IPs are not stored in the application or visit tables. Cloudflare may retain separate technical logs.
